Last month we were chosen as one of the charities in Z Energy’s “Good in the Hood” campaign. This campaign is all about giving back to the community. Z Energy choose 4 charities per station to battle head to head to see who can collect the most chips from motorists. The charity with the most chips gets the bigger slice of the cash pie provided by Z Energy.
We were very humbled to be chosen as one of the charities for Z 11th Avenue. The Te Aranui Team spent a few afternoons encouraging motorists to put their orange tokens in the Te Aranui box, this was also a fantastic way to get our name out there in the community and talk about what we do. We walked away with $1332 that will go towards helping out rangatahi (young people). We want to thank the 11th Avenue Z Energy team from the bottom of our hearts for giving us this opportunity to share what we do and for the generous donation. It means a lot to our little charity.
